Ms Store issues on Xbox where it keeps crashing

As the title says my store keeps crashing and I have a download for the Store that never goes away despite being 100% done. The crashing started when this download showed up. I've done full reboots, unplugged console for a day. Nothing works.

Oh and because that store DL is at 100 but not finished it stops all my other downloads because they get stuck in a queue behind it.

Help.
