    This mainly occurs when your Internet Service Provider is using a proxy server. In order to resolve this issue, you can simply change your MAC address (commonly MAC Spoofing) either by simply editing your Registry or by using an elevated Command Prompt.     Same exact issue, for months now, reported multiple times, taken every troubleshooting step requested or suggested, on site, or customer service, with both MS and internet provider,

    only issues, store on xbox one with code 193, and the entire MS site on any device in household, including edge on xbox one, with your request has been blocked, proxy issue, etc.

    Yeah bro. It’s just microsofts pure incompetence of a company. For me it says I don’t own Cold War, lol. Can’t even log on to Xbox live right now. Tried calling their fake customer service just to get sent around in circles on a goose chase. There is nothing you can do right now, and they aren’t going to do anything to compensate for failing to provide services that we pay for. Switching to PlayStation. Xbox is a joke
