MS Solitaire Collection points revert to zero

Second month in a row, all points revert to zero for the challenges of the day as soon as the diamond badge has been reached.

We have that problem here on 4 different PC's.

After reaching the diamond badge, I still get my achievements but after each challenge, the points revert to zero.

Also: It does work on iPad. I know the results do go to the cloud because my iPad can show the progress that my PC SHOULD show.

Example: I start my daily challenges for that day. Play a challenge, win that challenge and my points for that challenge appear. I play the next challenge and the points for
the previous challenge have disappeared. So my PC shows 0 points again. But then when I open my iPad, I see that the points have been added to my total p[oints on the MS Solitaire Collection on my iPad.

Anybody else have this? I can't believe that nobody would have this problem where I have it on all 4 PCs.

When I launch an Xbox game on my PC I get the the message This App Can't open

I can't open MS solitaire collection or Mahjong Deluxe

 

Failure

Having spent 5 hours going back and forth between xbox and windows support can someone help solve my problem. I have Solitaire Collection Premium. It will not let me sign in to premium and reverts to guest. Having tried every option am I left with the only
option

to delete and forget about solitaire altogether.

 

I've had this same issue now for the past two months.
