Discus and support MS Solitaire Collection - points/coins for games were NOT awarded in XBoX Games and Apps to solve the problem; After completing the games for the WHOLE day on 19 Feb 2018, the 250 points nor the 300 points for the EXPERT game were not awarded....     MS Solitaire Collection - points/coins for games were NOT awarded


    After completing the games for the WHOLE day on 19 Feb 2018, the 250 points nor the 300 points for the EXPERT game were not awarded.

    MS Jackpot will not save to cloud!

    On my desktop computer when opening MS Jackpot I get an error message "There was a problem saving your coin balance to the cloud. Please check your internet connection and try again" However all other games work fine to the cloud, like bingo and MS solitaire
    collection. Also in Jackpot the game level works fine. It's just the coin balance. Please help? What now?

    Why cannot Arkadium Guys fixthe problems of missing points/medals in Soitaire Collection?

    Where are the Arkadium guys? Why have they gone into hiding? Just too many problems for anyone to enjoy this Solitaire Collection. Sheer waste of time if there is no one to attend to the numerous problems. Shame on MS & all associated firms/companies. They
    cannot even count the coins/points. Am shocked.

    Microsoft Solitaire Collection

    MS Solitaire Collection and Taptiles will not open after recent MS updates were installed to my comp. These were KB29622806 and KB2934520. Anyone else noticed this? Will uninstalling the updates fix this?
