MS Solitaire Collection only allow 1 game pr startup

I've tried to solve all the daily challanges for december, but from friday 18/12-2015 I've had to start the solitaire collection, solve one challange, close the solitaire collection, start it again, solve next challange, close solitaire collection, start
it up again and then solve one challange, close down, start up and so on )I think you've got the idea). When I tried start up the collection, solve 1 and then go to the next one, all I got was an empty board and no description or boxes or anything, just the
board.

I thougt it was because there was an update ready to be installed, but after update still the same issue. It's pretty annoying and takes so much time to solve just 2... is this the new MS strategy for making money? Premium players can solve > 1 every startup?

Frustrated Game Player.

Solitaire was working fine and then it will show the game but will not allow you to move the cards and the Ms-collection flashes off and on quickly. Tried reloading same result, Is this a new version.

 

When I launch an Xbox game on my PC I get the the message This App Can't open

I can't open MS solitaire collection or Mahjong Deluxe

 

You shouldn't have to restart the app after playing one daily challenge. Have you tried switching to an older day on the calendar view to see if the board loads for this?

Also what about the other game modes like Star Club or the Classic modes? Do they not work as well?

My recommendation would be to restart your computer entirely and then launch the game. Also if you've been signed into Live then you could try reinstalling the game and see if this fixes it.

 

I have been playing Microsoft Collection Daily Challenges, for the past few weeks I have had to sign out and then back in for every game of the day. When I complete a challenge I cannot continue on to the next challenge. It comes up with a blank screen.
No PLAY box. I have to sign out and back in for every game. Any suggestions?

I have also noticed that the adverts have disappeared.

 

I have been having the exact same problem. Every day recently. It doesn't affect the main games, but it does affect the daily challenge and the star challenges

 

I also have the same problem but despite placing questions on several forums I am not getting any answers. Isnt it about time MS addressed the problem before they get more bad press about W10.

 

I have been playing dally challange for years. now it will not open .
