    MS Solitaire Collection - Android Tablet - Daily Challenge - Download error


    I am a regular Premium User. Everything works normally except the Daily Challenge. Error started today Jan 1st 2022, no problems yesterday.

    Internet connection is okay. I have cleared cache. It downloads other data, but then gives same error.

    I have cleared all stored data, logged in again using Xbox live account. Same still happens.

    There is a You Tube video posted with same error. Sadly all advice unhelpful.

    It's an issue with Microsoft's end. There is nothing you can do until Microsoft fix it. It's happening on all devices, not just android.

    The ads are locking up the game.

    Same issue for... Solitaire, Mah-jong, Sudoku. Started happening a few days ago. Ads freeze and don't allow me to play the daily challenges. Getting rid of my surface, and replacing with an android tablet..... tired of Microsoft BS.

    The problem is that I have a laptop with MS 10 and play the MS solitaire via Xbox site. I bought a Android Samsung and put the MS solitaire on it but when playing it on the Samsung it won't allow me to keep the record of completion on the xbox site so
    that I can use either device to complete the daily challenges.

    I just tried it on my phone and it loaded right up. Odd.

    I'd report a bug in the app store. :)
