    Hi, I have now logged 3 tickets with MS Rewards Support due to problems with Xbox Game Pass achievements not updating when completed. I have not even received an email acknowledgement which is unusual. It is now 1 week since I raised initial ticket.

    Likewise may I add my thanks for stepping up on behalf of MS.

    I added a "Me Too" after the OP raised the point.

    I have completed 8 achievements in qualifying games (three being required for the reward to pop) since the Reward first came out at the beginning of May.

    I also raised a ticket and didn't get any acknowledgment for Rewards Support.

    Since then the reward has been changed so that only one achievement is required and despite having completed another achievement, it still hasn't popped.

    There's obviously something broken in tracking Achievements but what I would like to say to whoever is responsible for the Rewards scheme (if you find yourself in a position to pass a message on) is 'don't offer something if you can't deliver it!'

    Support.microsoft.com (the website that hosts the MS Rewards FAQ) has a universal header and footer across all pages, and a link to the Microsoft Answers Support Community is one of the 30-40 links in that footer.

    However, reading the actual FAQ (found here: Microsoft Rewards - Microsoft Support) it does include a troubleshooting section:

    If you click on that last link, it opens the Microsoft Rewards support portal. That is the correct path for support for any issues related to Rewards. I hope that helps.

    I'm experiencing the exact same thing. Didn't get my reward points for an activity and still haven't heard anything back.

    That's a major problem then for MS Rewards if the only avenue to contact that dept doesn't appear to be functioning. I arrived at this particular forum via links on the MS Rewards FAQs so kinda stuck.

    That is definitely a crap experience. I don't want to set false expectations as I don't know who runs the Rewards program, but I will try to find them and escalate internally so that maybe I can share some insights. Will update this thread when/if I find anything out.
