    Do I take it you mean that you want to redeem a specific reward but it is currently not available to be redeemed? If that is the case, then it depends on the reward and why it isn't available...could be that the stock of the reward has run out, could be it has been temporarily removed for a specific reason. I have know Rewards to disappear for a few months then reappear, others to disappear for a few hours
