MS Rewards App On Xbox 'Update your console's location' bug

Had this for the past week, 1st few days were ok as it only showed up the first time I would try opening the app then worked fine but the past 3 days it's just popping up every single time and so I can't access the app at all for the 50pt daily achievement, weekly set etc which are of course only available on the Xbox version of MS Rewards.

I've tried every possible solution from what I found while looking through old threads about the issue on here + Reddit and even went as far as trying a factory reset this morning but the same message is still appearing.

Is it just a case of waiting until it randomly disappears and goes back to normal?

Have this issue too. A week ago it came up but I could get it working the second time. Now it doesn't open at all. I also have no rewards quest showing up in gamepass (no quests, come back later)

I have this issue and raised a support case but nothing happening with that, I had a response to provide some details from bing diagnostics to confirm correct locale which I did. I use the launcher app on Android and it has a Rewards card in the side swipe I noticed.... But today I notice this is just saying it only works in the US, UK, Australia etc etc. And shows a sad panda I'm in the UK and mobile right now. Rewards has a massive bug with location which has stopped me being able to access it for months now. Everything everywhere is set to UK.

May I know if you already tried using another wifi network to see if the issue persists?
Also, is your console region the same as your Microsoft account region?

Also, do you know if your actual NAT type is open for your network?

I turned my router off and used my phone as a hot spot opened the rewards then I turned the router back on reconnected and it worked again it does say upday your location again but I just close it then reopen it Hope this works for you

Did you ever find a solution?

I'm having a similar issue but weirdly mine has been since switching ISP, so wonder if it's their network or perhaps the router.
