    MS Returns Center in Japan


    Hello!

    My console is broken. Did not turn on, then gave a squeak and in the room began to stink with burnt plastic.

    I created a repair request through the official Microsoft page.

    However, I'm in Japan and my console is also Japanese. I filled out all the fields to call the courier, but my email came back to the United States.

    I need an address where I can send my console in Japan.

    Since I was confused, I turned to the chat for help. I was advised to cancel my order and create anew from the Japanese page. Now my order is not canceled.

    Can anyone help me? I can not apply to the Japanese telephone service, because I do not know Japanese.

    I ask for Microsoft's official support to contact me via my email.

    I ordered a repair and shipped my non-usable product to MS Returns Center, how many days until they bring my replacement back to me?

    Xbox One Elite Bundle

    Just received my Xbox One Elite, I ordered this from the MS store last week,

    Very fast shipping -less than one week from ordering.

    But I notice that this Parcel was shipped from
    Microsoft Return Center,(Texas) I haven't open the package because I'm concerned it's refurbished or a returned item.

    I ordered New. Did your Xbox's ship from a Return center?

    I have talked on Phone, Chat with Microsoft support- they were clueless.

    I asked if New items are shipped from return centers--They didn't even know what Refurbished meant.

    As for the American region locked Xbox in Japan thing, the service center in Japan can change the region lock of any console. I was originally going to send in my console to the Japan service center and pay the out of warranty fee, because the American warranty
    doesn't cover the console when out of the States, until I was told that I shouldn't do that and send it to the US service center by both the representative that I spoke with when I called in November, and his supervisor after he asked his supervisor about
    it. I wouldn't have done this if I hadn't believe what had been told me by Xbox.

    Japan is the one market where I believe MS will struggle. Sony is too big in Japan. They might surprise us but I doubt it.

    Well since you didn't buy it thru ms normally you would go thru ms store

    But you could have to go thru your retailer normally

    Ask @obsessive power he's more knowledgeable in UK matters

    But you wouldn't send it back to the repair center even if ms asked you to return it it would.be to a ms store
