ms resource:DESC/APP and missing games/ apps

hi, all

I just signed on to my Xbox one after not playing for a few days and the above stated problem has occurred. Was this from a new update? I've been reading some old posts about the issue and I would prefer not to do a factory reset Given that I've used about
70% of the memory for games and apps. HELP

PBS Video App is missing

I recently noticed that the PBS video app is missing from my apps on Xbox 360. I cannot locate the app in a search or by browsing apps either. According to this website, it's "up and running". Why is this app missing?

MS Resources

I was downloading the recent Warframe update then joined a party, and I couldn't talk so I turned my Xbox off then back on. When I turned it on I couldn't sign in or go to settings. All the images for everything won't load, and there is an app called MS
Resources in apps.

Sorry you're having issues with the error above. Like you discovered the solution is a factory reset of the console. You can try doing a hard reset, but I'm guessing that will not fix the issue as it looks to be software based. To do a hard reset,
with the Xbox on, hold the power button down for 10 seconds. The console will quickly turn off. Then power the console back on and see if the issue is still there.

With the factory reset, yes you will need to reinstall all your content. That said, all your personal settings and game saves are in the cloud provided you keep your Xbox online. So you should be all set with that, and will not lose the important data.

It is a bug since couple of days / week with the newest version of this app. There are no user errors. It is up to MS and the APP. So please pass it on so that the error is finally fixed.

Even if all they do is send background apps to the cloud for processing it still gives 100% system resources for gaming which is something no other system can do. Even the PS4 will have background apps and an OS to run with system resources.

My Xbox is not showing any of the picture's of the app and games and instead of showing me the name of the app or game, it's showing my the name of the resource pack that contains the game.

Well now I know what RESOURCES go into making this so-called app, but I still don't have an answer as to WHY this would be a WASTE of resources.

3) Really? Only a small amount of people? Care to back that up as well?

4) Seems like that's your opinion now, doesn't it? So picking up a driving wheel courtesy of MS for a driving game will "break the immersion"? Care to say that to all the MS Wheel Users?
