    i've just started experiencing this last night , has anyone actually fixed it and if you do a factory reset on your xbox do you lose all your saved games

    I am having the same problems with the April update. Xbox video, media player, Halo: Spartan assault, lords of the fallen, Max: the curse of brotherhood and ms-resource;AppName pictures are not showing.

    I'm afraid for this particular issue the best fix is going to be performing an Xbox One Factory Reset. Check out this page to

    Reset Xbox One To Factory Defaults. Unfortunately with a factory reset you'll need to re-install and re-download your content but this should clear up the issue for you.
