MS repair taking 6 weeks so far

I went to the devices page ( from the link above ) to register the controller for repair but my controller is not listed. I tried to add the controller with the serial number and I get an error message "We couldn't verify the serial number. Check the serial number and try again." I get this message every time I try to add it. I have a custom controller that I designed in MS design lab.

Can you kindly contact Microsoft for further assistance. You can provide the proof of the first service done on your controller.

After your control has been received at the service center, the average time of service is 14 to 21 days, including shipping time. 6 weeks is a bit harsh. You can try check your order status at any time:

2. Select the device that’s associated with your service request.

3. Select Repair Order at the bottom of the page. The status of your order will appear.
