I have an idea! Maybe the entire 360 game library should be remastered for the X1!

 

There is some games from 360 I would love on the one would be happy with remasters of them all

 

There are a few I would accept Bizzaro. Lost Odyssey would be nice

 

Bulletstorm and red dead for me

 

Red Dead still looks good imo. Isn't the point of remastering to make a seriously graphically inferior game look new again? To me, a good candidate would be KOTOR. The game was great, but the graphics were as vanilla as it gets. It's a good choice too
because of all the different planets you have to visit.

No that is not the point Bizzaro. Then why wasn't Dragon Age Origins remastered? Even for its time the graphics were awful.

You take (in the Publisher's eyes) a good to classic game, brush it up and sell it again.

In some cases (Saints Row) you just do nothing to it, and port it to get more sales to justify purchasing the franchise.

 

I loved Bulletstorm! Totally agree on a KOTOR remake, it's a sure fire winner! Give me Gears though!

 

Mmmm back to four player teams, Canals with Gears 2 music and a Mad World remix all good so far, but.......then they spoil it with what killed Gears MP. Team freaking Death Match!!! Gears is not COD you imbeciles! Warzone is the only mode I want!!!

 

I have a feeling Genchy likes Gears of War and Epic Games. Not sure why I have this feeling though?

As I said before, I hope they are keeping Gears of Wars 2 and 3 on the low low. A remastered collection would go nice with my Collector's Edition of 1,2, and Epic Edition of Gears of War 3.

 

I like to keep my love for them low profile......

@Genchy a bet about what? that a gears remake is coming? I wont bet because i agree with you.

What im saying is (and this is all hypothetical) say Gears 4 is ready to be released in q1 2016, if they were to remaster gears 1 and release it in q4 2015 i would be willing to bet you would see gears 4 pushed back. If they also plan to release gears 2
and 3 remastered, then surely they are going to push back gears 4 again as to maximise revenue you wouldnt release the games too close together.

This is (in my opinion) how the gears remaster is going to have an effect on gear 4.

Do i particularly want a Gears remake? No. Would i play a Gears remake? its highly likely depending on what else is released

 

Ok I get ya, but I think the opposite, if they released as you mention above the remaster would increase interest in Gears 4 I reckon. I certainly don't think it would push it back. Gow1 will sell in limited numbers mainly for existing fans, but not
all will be interested and some newcomers. GoW4 will sell by the bucketload for existing fans and newcomers in greater numbers because it is a new current gen title and will be pushed as such. It may even sell some consoles. Gears is a big seller and
I honestly don't believe one will impact on the other. The bet would be that a release of a remaster has no effect on launch of 4.
