Dropping the Kinect?

I believe that Microsoft is slowly ditching the Kinect quietly. So far I've not seen a game being announced for the Kinect or anything related to the Kinect for that matter. I know that MS said that they have no plans to give it up but we all know about MS's decisions.

 

So What Do You Think Of Microsoft's VR Headset?

You obviously don't read up on everything do you Ghostz ? only MS stuff. Well Kinect is 5 years old now isn't it ? So no MS hasn't rushed Kinect.

But why you would post a Kinect video in a VR thread is beyond me ?

 

Doubtful Phil is going to make them work on something Kinect related. Thats what Rare was for and they dont appear to be doing anything Kinect related after KSR was completed.

 

Good luck...Let's hope they will create innovative,interesting Kinect games instead of the usual dance/music/sport related games.

 

I'd like to see more Kinect games, for sure. The upcoming Fru and Wildfire games look cool, but appear to be limited-content arcadey (if that's a word) experiences. I'm down for something more substantial, even if it's experimental.

 

Kinect + Virtual Reality headset = Good use of hardware

 

I remember when the kinect was first being advertised in its early stages and they were using Halo to show it off.......I wonder how far they are still from that

 

what ever happen to the thing they showed off with the kid in it that you could fish with or do the drawings and he knew what mood you was in from your face

lol thought it was the real thing but yeah its what made me get a kinect but never appered i lead a lonely life and have no friends
