    Erhalte die Fehlermeldung 0x803F8001. Kann Jigsaw nichtlöschen oder neu installieren, es passiert gar nichts mehr.

    Werkann mir bei diesem Problem helfen?

    System: win10 Version1809 letztes update

    genug Speicher: Ram 16, HDD=600GB

    verwende nur MS Virenprogramme

    -[Translation - Receive the error message 0x803F8001. Can not delete or reinstall Jigsaw, nothing happens anymore. Can I help with this problem? System: win10 Version1809 last update enough memory: Ram 16, HDD = 600GB use only MS virus programs]

    New puzzles don't download.

    I found this by accident.

    Close MS Jigsaw

    Go to settings

    Click on privacy

    Click on background apps

    TURN ON Microsoft Jigsaw

    Open MS Jigsaw and try downloading again.

    Now I can downloading.

    TURN ON Microsoft Jigsaw

    Open MS Jigsaw and try downloading again.

    Now I can downloading.

    Tried this. Didn't work. Any other suggestions for the same problem? Microsoft Jigsaw was already turned on in my apps. I turned it off, then back on & still didn't help.

    Microsoft jigsaw won't download puzzle collection

    Hi, all :).

    Here's a fix which worked for me, and at least one other user has confirmed it works ;-).

    Uninstall MS Jigsaw, then reinstall.

    Go to Windows Settings > Privacy. Choose Background Apps on the left, and scroll-down to Microsoft Jigsaw. Make certain it's switched On.

    Run MS Jigsaw, and your puzzles should download now :).

    Hi Slmckeen,

    Thanks for coming to the forums. Sorry for the issue you are experiencing. We recommend to post on the
    Microsoft casual games community. Towards the bottom you will see their Facebook page and they ask to post there.
    If you have reset through the game itself there may be no way of recovering the progress lost. If this happens again try doing it through the

    repair/reset in Windows itself    .
