    Got new laptop, signed into everything but all gold bars gone and all jigsaw history with exception of 2 collections. How do I get my history and gold bars back?

    MS Jigsaw history GONE!!!

    I have exactly the same problem: all my downloaded puzzle packs and all my points (something like 60 or 80K!) are gone after MS Tech Spt reinstalled Windows on my machine. Isn't one of the advantages of the could that you are not supposed to lose things
    like this?

    MS Jigsaw history GONE!!!

    Added Windows 10 updates to desktop yesterday. MS Jigsaw puzzles and gold (over 950,000) are gone. Won't sign me in, even though Xbox says I am signed in. Spent over an hour on help line, unable to resolve (June 23). This program has always been a little
    unstable, but this is the worst. I have uninstalled and reinstalled. Still no history. Any ideas?

    New puzzles don't download.

    I found this by accident.

    Close MS Jigsaw

    Go to settings

    Click on privacy

    Click on background apps

    TURN ON Microsoft Jigsaw

    Open MS Jigsaw and try downloading again.

    Now I can downloading.

    Open MS Jigsaw and try downloading again.

    Tried this. Didn't work. Any other suggestions for the same problem? Microsoft Jigsaw was already turned on in my apps. I turned it off, then back on & still didn't help.

    Jigsaw history vanished

    Hey there arvyskip.

    Make sure you're signed in with the same Microsoft Account that you used originally. If the Achievements are no longer there than it sounds like you may be using the incorrect account.
