    MS Jigsaw Freezing


    The Microsoft Jigsaw game running on a PC is 'freezing' more frequently. Today completed the first of the Daily Challengers and went to collect the reward when the game froze (could not do anything). Restarted the game and the same situation occurred.
    This is happening more frequently in recent times.

    freezing jigsaw

    Jigsaw has just started freezing up. I had Geek Squad clean up my computer and now Jigsaw is freezing worse than before. I haven't figured out how to read the answers you have given in the past for this problem. Can you please help?

    Happens every day that the puzzles freeze during play, sometimes when I'm in the process of moving a piece. Please fix! This is intolerable.

    Same thing, this has been happening for months. Does anyone read these postings, for you would think by now they would have a fix!!

    It has been about a month or more that I haven't been able to play jigsaw ant now they have a new puzzle and I can't download it. I paid for upgrade and can't play. What gives?
