MS Jigsaw freezes and does not display all my collections

OK, what's up with the form for the post? The categories are, well, useless, the topics list all the games in the world with the exception of the one I have an issue with. This has been incredibly frustrating, opening the topics letter by letter and finding
nothing useful.

Anyway, enough for the support form that does not offer much support. I have two issues with Microsoft Jigsaw.

First: I have a couple of computers where I play the game. I use the same sign-in ID on both. My oldest computer lists all my collections some that were free, and some that I purchased using the gold I earned. My newer computer lists only two collections.
That's it, two. Where are the rest of my collections?

Second, I have a complaint about how Jigsaw works. While trying to load the next ad, Jigsaw freezes. This is incredibly annoying as the ads load pretty often. Please fix it. Any half competent UxD person will tell you that this is a no-no. Try using a separate
thread for loading ads. You have heard of threads, right?

I installed new computer, where are my downloaded microsoft jigsaw collections

I installed a new computer but the xbox account does not display the jigsaw collections downloaded. On my new computer, I downloaded 2 collections but they do not appear in my collections either

missing games in XBox for windows 10

Does anyone know why games are missing in the xbox app? I have 4 games. Solitaire collection, Mahjong, sudoku and jigsaw. All Microsoft games. When I sign into xbox in either of these games, i'm definitely signed in. But 2 games do not appear in the xbox
games, activity and leaderboards. Those are MS sudoku and MS jigsaw. What's going on here?

Thanks for reaching out to the forums. Sorry for the issue you are experiencing. We recommend to go on the Microsoft casual games
community. Towards the bottom you will see their Facebook page and they ask to post there. There is also a support
site for the casual games you can look over also. Here is the casual games FAQ too.

Did a reset of Jigsaw.

Result: Collections are still missing and now also all finished collections are missing.

Statistics are wrong too.

It displays a total of 5 collections finished which is totally wrong.

Edit: After downloading some of the free collections it seems that the finished levels are displayed correctly. So the results must be stored somewhere.

Thanks for your reply! Yes, I did a manual check for Windows updates (twice) & installed the 3 optional ones, which were the only ones showing outside of my system's Automatic Updates. I also checked into doing a System Restore (all this for a game!) to
prior to 08.21.2014 (when I purchased the 10 puzzle collections), but my system only displayed 1 restore point, that of the previous day's Windows update, & would not give me the option of choosing an earlier date. All 4 of my other MS/Xbox games sign in
immediately, seamlessly, & effortlessly. MS Jigsaw is the only game suffering this issue.

Since MS Jigsaw will let you play outside of Xbox Games (which as of Mon., 08.25, it still will not sign into), I spent the majority of Sunday re-earning all of my Daily Challenges (a marathon session of re-earning 24 days x 3 challenges each) & Jigsaw Jam
points, some of which I traded in on 1 puzzle collection. (I will never spend real money on this ever again.) So, now I have recovered almost all of my points & achievements which I lost (& which MS Jigsaw will save outside of Xbox Games). However, I really
would like to recover all of my puzzle collections which I purchased (& which apparently caused this issue). Is there any possible way that the collections that I have already purchased can be recovered into my "outside of Xbox" program, so that I can recover
the money I spent? Thanks for your help!
