    MS Jigsaw Doesn't Display Collections


    I've posted this before and was instructed to record my problem on the game's FB page. I got NO response.

    Here's the problem. When I open MS Jigsaw and click on Classic Jigsaw my collections don't always show up. Sometimes they do and sometimes they don't ... it's been a **** shoot. I can't see a pattern.

    Is there a fix to this? Please advise.

    P.S. I uninstalled/reinstalled and that didn't help.

    Thanks for reaching out to the forums. Sorry for the issue you are experiencing. We recommend to go on the Microsoft casual games
    community    . Towards the bottom you will see their Facebook page and they ask to post there. There is also a support
    site     for the casual games you can look over also. Here is the casual games FAQ too.

    Lost all collections in Microsoft Jigsaw!

    Did a reset of Jigsaw.

    Result: Collections are still missing and now also all finished collections are missing.

    Statistics are wrong too.

    It displays a total of 5 collections finished which is totally wrong.

    Edit: After downloading some of the free collections it seems that the finished levels are displayed correctly. So the results must be stored somewhere.

    How can I get new collections of puzzles for Jigsaw Jam?

    Hey ZonateChalk421! You can purchase new collections in the classic jigsaw, the collections in jigsaw jam are the only ones available in that section. Thanks!
