MS jigsaw daily challenges not downloading

Discus and support MS jigsaw daily challenges not downloading in XBoX Games and Apps to solve the problem; My daily's are stuck in downloading, haven't even seen one ad.     MS jigsaw daily challenges not downloading


    My daily's are stuck in downloading, haven't even seen one ad. Will this be resolved anytime soon?

    jigsaw works ok but daily challenge never gets past downloading

    I keep getting problems trying to download Daily Challenge Data. Error 016000

    I frequently have problems downloading Daily Challenge Data on my Microsoft jigsaw. I am quoted error 016000.

    me too. Happened following a reinstall of Windows 10. Seems to only effect the Daily Challenges and the Events. Additionally, MS Jigsaw daily games won't finish loading.

    I have not been able to download the Microsoft Jigsaw game daily challenges since Sept 30. I have uninstalled and installed the game 3 different times & it still will not download the daily challenges.

    The same thing happened to me on 31st December - no more daily challenges. They start to load (seemlingly) then it just switches off Jigsaw altogether!

    Jigsaw collections work as usual, but not Daily Challenges.

    Downloading problem

    Yes. I am running Win 10. Also have the same problem with the daily challenge. I can play bug catch but other jigsaw challenges lock up downloading.
