MS Jigsaw Crashes

After I complete a puzzle, MS Jigsaw crashes and I'm back at my desktop. When I return to the game, the puzzle I finished shows that it was completed. When I complete another puzzle from the collection (Foods 2), it crashes again. I notice also that I appear
to be logged in, but my image has disappeared. This problem started when I downloaded Foods 2 collection a few days ago.

Constantly CTD

MS Jigsaw crashes (closes itself) very frequently when: loading; loading owned collections; or starting a puzzle.

I do hope the support people can find the correct thing to patch quickly, that we may have the game MS promised to provide when I downloaded this application.

Update: Jigsaw functions properly when I play previously played puzzles. Must be an issue with Food 2 puzzle. Just guessing.

MS has removed Food 2 puzzle but the issue continues with the latest puzzle, Cute Animals 2, as well.

Does anyone else deal with the game taking forever to load? Random puzzles freezing for no particular reason?

Is the Xbox website just that slow? Glad I haven't paid for the ad free version of the game!!

Well, those two puzzle sets in my title are back, but the game crashes right after I finish any puzzle in either collection. I can't believe I'm the only person experiencing this problem.

You mention a website. Are you playing Jigsaw on the MSN website, or are you playing it in the Windows 10 app? If you're trying it on the website, troubleshooting is going to be limited for us. However, if you're using it on PC, I suggest resetting the app
to force download the content. You can do that by hitting the Start menu, then going to Settings > System > Apps & features. Search for Jigsaw, click on the box to open up the options, and click on Advanced options. In there,
you can click Reset. After you do that, launch the game and try installing the collections to see if they keep crashing the game.

If that doesn't work, I suggest a full uninstall and reinstall of the game.

Let me know which one you're using and if those work out for you.

I found this by accident.

Close MS Jigsaw

Go to settings

Click on privacy

Click on background apps

TURN ON Microsoft Jigsaw

Open MS Jigsaw and try downloading again.

Now I can downloading.
