MS Jigsaw App issue

I followed the steps in the article, and have subsequently re-run the update tool and it finds no issues. When I clicked 'No' button at the bottom of the screen, it recommended making further changes, as these made no difference, I again clicked 'No' and
another set of recomendations were presented, I followed these all the way to the point where the only recommendation was to re-install a clean copy of Windows on my laptop. This is will not do.

I have made sure Windows is up to date,

I have followed the recommendation in:

Game freezes or stops responding on a Windows 10 device

Troubleshoot performance and stability issues in PC games

as recommended by XBF Crystal P above

I have downloaded th Intel driver app and made sure that I have the latest graphics drivers for my chipset

As noted in another response, the game crashes/quits when attemptng to load an ad. The other MS Casual Games I have installed all work fine, they log me into XBox Live and load the Ads when required. These are:

MS Sudoku

MS Solitaire Collection

MS Ultimate Word Games

MS Mahjong

The problem continues in Jigsaw

I can log into it and other MS (Arkadium) games withiut issue. Its when its downloaded the puzzle and then the screen goes black, which in other games signifies the loading of an advert, then the game quits. I can log in and manouver within the game fine,
until I select a puzzle to complete.

The Troubleshooter found and fixed an issue. It didn't make any difference to the game though.
