MS Jigsaw and Xbox Live Service

How do I fix the following error? I started MS Jigsaw and it went through it's normal initializing and loading and signing into Xbox Live Service. And that is when this error occurred. (I know the text in the box below mentions an in-app purchase, but
I was NOT purchasing anything; I was just starting MS Jigsaw.)

Different users had the same issue which is related to the application, it usually is just a matter of waiting for a resolution.

For these kind of issues I believe the most active channel where you usually get some answer from MS Jigsaw staff running the page since they post every day, is the community on Facebook: https://www.facebook.com/microsoftjigsaw/

I found this by accident.

Close MS Jigsaw

Go to settings

Click on privacy

Click on background apps

TURN ON Microsoft Jigsaw

Open MS Jigsaw and try downloading again.

Now I can downloading.
