    MS Jigsaw advert problem


    There is currently an advert for London Bexley something. Every time this advert pops up my mouse freezes and I can't move pieces. OK with all other adverts.

    what is error code 303019

    what does error code 303019 mean? I have premium jigsaw because I got fed up of the adverts stopping and starting when loading.

    Can't login to Xbox Live from Solitaire Collection

    Same problem, I can't sign in. I can sign in any other ms games (for example MS Sudoku or Jigsaw), but not this one... Why???

    New puzzles don't download.

    I found this by accident.

    Close MS Jigsaw

    Go to settings

    Click on privacy

    Click on background apps

    TURN ON Microsoft Jigsaw

    Open MS Jigsaw and try downloading again.

    Now I can downloading.

    Tried this. Didn't work. Any other suggestions for the same problem? Microsoft Jigsaw was already turned on in my apps. I turned it off, then back on & still didn't help.
