MS Bingo and MS Jackpot suck. Don't send them any money because they lose your point totals and rewards.

Microsoft: MS Jackpot will not save to cloud!

Microsoft (Routers): MS Jackpot will not save to cloud!
On my desktop computer when opening MS Jackpot I get an error message "There was a problem saving your coin balance to the cloud. Please check your internet connection and try again" However all other games work fine to the cloud, like bingo and MS solitaire
collection. Also in Jackpot the game level works fine. It's just the coin balance. Please help? What now?

 

Microsoft Jackpot - nothing moves

Hi there -

It seems that MS Jackpot has somehow reset itself and gone back to level 1.

All the statistics have gone back to zero, but it will updated everything from the clouds.

I once uninstalled and reinstalled Jackpot but it made no difference.

Any suggestions?
