    MS is double billing


    Starting in early October, MS started double billing our X-Box account, but only delivered one product (in this case, game coins). We sought a refund for the first two double charges, which MS approved. Subsequent double charges were not refunded because
    MS apparently limits the number of refunds to two per year, even if the refund request is a result of some issue on the MS side.

    As you know, MS has decided not to offer any form of live customer service. Going forward, we will not make any in game purchases if this cannot be resolved, which thus far MS shows no interest in doing. There is of course a word we use to describe companies
    that bill for items they don't deliver and refuse to refund. It is amazing that a company like this would behave in such a fashion and I must say it is souring me on any future involvement with the X-Box platform (this is our first X-Box, having just moved
    from years of owning various PS platforms).

    Is there any way this can be addressed or would MS prefer to pocket the double charges and lose a customer?

    Hi there,

    You will want to speak with MS billing support directly for assistance on this issue, they should be able to correct the double charge without any issue :)

    If you have already spoken to billing over the phone and they have given their decision I am not sure there is much advice we can give you. I would talk to your financial instituion to see if they can put a stop on the second copy.
