    hi,

    I bought a 20€ giftcard 1 month ago,i was not aible to use it becouse i'm from belgium.

    Now the xbox one is released in belgium and i have the right billing info.

    I still c'ant use the 20€ becouse the 20€ is on the other part of my account,on the ireland part...i have like a IE and BE part?

    Is it possible to switch the 20€ to the belgium part(BE),MS?

    And another thing...when are we aible to see wath friends are playing on the XBOX app on the WP/PC8.1

    I only see "playing xbox one"?xbox one is also W8 no?my opinion "verry outdated"...

    I hope it will be updated.

    Hi, A visa Giftcard is not compatible on Xbox, even if they are with money inside.. The Xbox accepts the Xbox gift cards or bank and postal cards. Do not giftcard visa. You should do so using it on Amazon and buy something there
