    MS Funds taken with ZERO communication!


    This is SERIOUSLY starting to irritate me now. What i can only GUESS was taken for my Series X Pre-order (order confirmed Sept. 22nd at 10:02 AM (2 minutes after they went live)), had left me with only hoping that that is where the money went.

    As of right now, I'm left hoping that roughly $550 has been taken for my Series X pre-order. ZERO communication from MS, NO email, NO shipping confirmation, NOTHING.

    The money was taken out 5 DAY AGO. Connecting with Xbox Support had been a **** shoot as I'm cycled through the same automated prompts time after time.

    WTH Xbox! Get your stuff together.

    https://account.microsoft.com/billing/orders    . Lots of preorders are being updated as we speak. Mine just changed from pre-ordered to shipped with tracking information. No emails were sent. I believe if your account is charged then your pre-order is most
    likely being processed.

    I ordered mine from MS, it says payment taken when dispatched. They do ping your credit card from time to time though to see if funds available
