    MS FS2020 Premium Deluxe edition reverts to Standard gamerpasss edition on 2nd device


    I bought MS FS2020 Premium Deluxe edition(PD) via MS store and installed it on 2 of my devices. When playing with my son on our local network, the premium deluxe content is only available on 1 device while the 2nd device only shows the standard gamer
    pass edition. I am logged onto windows on both devices and we both log onto x box using our respective gamertags. I own the digital rights to this game so how come premium deluxe content won't run on both device? The PD content is installed on both devices
    however when the 2nd device starts it automatically switches to standard version without PD content accessible. Also, the standard gamer-pass edition appears in the "games I own" section of the xbox app alongside the PD edtion which I own (I don't have gamerpass)

    When you purchase a deluxe or premium edition of a game, you will always get the standard edition, the add-ons that come with it are always available in game or downloaded separately when available.

    Things like premium deluxe are just bundles of DLC

    Everyone gets the standard edition of the game as the cost and time is prohibitive to maintain multiple versions

    And you can just buy the Standard Edition...you only want the Deluxe/Premium Edition/s if you want the extra content like the 2 Island DLCs, car packs, VIP pass etc

    You only get one version of a game, and that is the standard version. If you order a special edition of a game, whether it be deluxe or premium, you unlock the extras that came with that version of the game.
