    MS FS 2020 DVD install code issue


    I have purchased the boxed Flight Sim 2020 Standard DVD's. I had installed it. I had installed on the wrong drive so I removed it and reinstalled to the correct drive. It asks for the code again, but when I entered it, it says that the code has been redeemed.
    This would be correct since I used it to the first time.

    How do I use the code again it should be tied to my store to my MS Store account?

    I do not speak or understand German. I can understand English. To me is very difficult to translate German to Portuguese or English, and I think you have the same difficulty with our languages. I do not have any experience with installation of FS 2020
    with DVDs. I purchased and downloaded it online. Installed it and begining to play, after so much tries to install an update. So, DVDs insttalation is unkown for me tottaly. Sorry.

    Hello Manuel,

    I have the absolute same issue here.

    I bought a new external SSD HD, on USB 3.0, installed Win10 (Version 2004).

    The System is connected with my MS Store account. After downloading successfully the FS 2020 premium Deluxe, after installing i get that same unexpected error message Code: 0x8007001F.

    All Drivers are actual.

    I still don´t now what to do....

    Can the Flight Sim. download be copied to DVDs and can Flight Sim. be later reinstalled from those DVDs?

    Flight Simulator 2020 is available to purchase on DVD or digital download. You cannot copy the download to a PC. If the PC Crashes and it needs reformatting and installing again, you just find it in your game library, and install the game from there.

    For licences. For PC, you can install the game on 10 different PCs if you wish, and the game if you purchase it, will always be associated with your Microsoft account, so it is yours forever.
