Discus and support MS Force Feedback 2 not working with FS2020 in XBoX on Windows to solve the problem; Trying to configure FS2020 with my MS Force Feedback 2.     MS Force Feedback 2 not working with FS2020


    Trying to configure FS2020 with my MS Force Feedback 2. Since this device does not "plug play" I need to enter configuration manually in controls option. Request a list of configuration settings for each device feature.

    The MS wheel works good and has Force Feedback. I've used this wheel since Forza 2 came out on the Xbox 360.

    I hear that the Logitech is not quite as good with no Force Feedback.

    The MS wheel is only available from Ebay and yo buy one new it costs more than it did new. You would have to fined a used one.

    Same issue here for me. Microsoft force feedback 2 joystick not working with flight simulator 2020. dont care about the force feedback part of it, but I cant get it to work at all

    There is an issue with force feedback and the wheels since the XBox face lift this summer, there is not a fix yet but MS is working on it. Not a high priority for them.

    Microsoft Flight Simulator 2020 asks to 'insert disc' upon startup even though game has been installed via game pass ultimate.

    I solved the issue as follows.

    - Open FS2020 - get "Insert game disk..." prompt; left Window open

    - Open Digital Ownership page for FS2020 (https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/p/digital-ownership/9nhnch1hdgg5?activetab=pivot:eek:verviewtab)

    - Sign out - Sign back in to make sure the account that has Game Pass is selected

    - Install should be available; target appropriate device (I had two) that has the game installed

    - Wait (not sure if it is needed, but it took me 2 restarts of FS2020 before it worked)

    - Close and reopen FS2020
