    Hi there,

    Hoping you can help.

    I only purchased the Premium and Deluxe pack of MS Flight Simulator this week via Steam. I've already had to re-install the full downloads once after the original install. Today, again, on running the update check I have no option other than to download everything again - which is ~120GB+. This is taking more than a day to download each time. Being that this is my 3rd full and frustrating download, I'm close to requesting a full refund as I've spent several days downloading versus the few hours actually using the software (which I'd be very happy with, if it actually ran consistently).

    Your advice appreciated.

    4th time now. I give up. No other response from MS. I have requested a refund from Steam.

    Game of the year edition was released this week, it has to be upgraded. Bad timing would be my guess

    And yet more crashing. This time I'm prompted to yet again do a full install of the mandatory, deluxe and premium updates of over 100GB. Does Microsoft actually support this product?!

    How is your setup to install MS Flight Simulator? I mean, if you own a flight institution (or aeronautical engineering institution) with computers, you can install and license MS Flight Simulator on these computers and let the students use these computers on your education institution.

    Now if you want to license MS Flight Simulator to be used on your students home computer (which will change like every year or so), it'll be a different situation.

    I think the best option for you is to contact Microsoft about Flight Simulator by submitting a support ticket here (it's the official MS Flight Simulator Support channel):
