    MS Flight Simulator Crashed Box


    Hello, when opening MS Flight Sim on a Desktop, I keep getting the dialog box that states (WARNING Flight Sim was ended unexpectedly). I have uninstalled FS. then reinstalled FS several times and the dialog box keeps on coming back on after the first shutdown through the FS menu. Is this a bug that will get fixed soon or is there a fix to this? All drivers are up to date and hardware on this workstation is well over the recommended hardware (AMD 3970X, RTX 3090, 256GB of 3600MHz ram, etc.). No third party purchases other than the F-18 jet, which I think is a Microsoft purchase.

    I would appreciate any InSite on this annoying issue.

    Thank you Drew for the quick reply.

    It's right after the two developer intro screens (BlackShark Ai screen), right before the game starts to load. Then the dialog box pop's up. I have attached the screen shot.

    How far do you get into MS Flight Sim before you get the box that states (Warning Flight Sim was ended unexpectedly)? Do you have a screen shot of the error code?

    If this error populates when you are loading in-game, then you will need to seek support from Microsoft Flight Simulator. This article was published recently and it provides examples of when to seek support from the Game Developers, and it also includes the support link to contact Microsoft Flight Simulator support.
