    I am having problems with downloading the Flight Sim from the windows store. I have had it installed and had to uninstall once due to corruption. On reinstalling the first time I managed to clear an error code by following the many steps listed on the various
    website.

    The second reinstall is due to my changing hard drives for a bigger drive.

    The program starts to download and then errors with the code 0x80073D0D within a short time. I have followed all the steps on https://flightsimulator.zendesk.com/hc/en-us/articles/360015760660-Windows-Store-troubleshooting twice without any success.

    Any ideas anyone or just give up on flying and try and get my money back? I do not want to do a clean install of windows as I have many other programs running successfully that I do not want to spend a week reinstalling.

    Why can't I contact Microsoft? fault their end apparently

    Microsoft flight sim won’t start download from store or Xbox.

    It’s for Windows 10.

    Support goes round & round in circles.

    Call back fails as error their end.

    Had this product since April.

    Utterly unresolvable!

    you bought a code from amazon when redeemed on your microsoft account will always be present on that account, go to your download or purchase history either in the windows store or the xbox app and you will see it available. its the same for all games.

    you can find flight sim either in the purchase history, download history or in the xbox app in your library, failing that load the store and search flight sim and should say owned and you can download it.

    but you must be signed in with the exact account that was used when you redeemed the code from amazon.
