    ms flight sim 2020 won't start properly


    trying to run md flight sim 2020, using core i7 6500 cpu with 16 GB ram, keeps saying computer doesn't have enough capacity. HD has plenty of space and I took Mcafee AV off. pc is a dell inspiron 5000 laptop with radeon graphics card. then ms fs says it has encountered an error and must shut down before i can even finish loading game. tried to transfer to desktop with core i5 2320 with 8gb and i cant find flight sim anywhere on HD. have spent hours on phone with xbox support! attempted to redownload, says it has been redeemed! sick of this ****!!! $120 for nothing!

    No idea what graphics card I have. I have now tried Dell xps with i5 2320 3mhz 8 gb ram and it doesn't work either. I can understand running slow but this is ****
    My desktop is a Dell xps 8300, i5 2320 3 ghz, 8 gb ddr3 sdram 1333 mhz, amd Radeon 6450 1 gb ddr3

    The Radeon 6450 is actually also far below the level of performance of the rx570 as well. Even more so then the last graphics card i mentioned. To put things into perspective the graphical computing performance of the rx570 is 5,095 gflops whereas the performance of the Radeon 6450 is only 200.0 gflops so when it comes to that number the Radeon 6450 is about 25 times slower of a graphics card compared to the rx570.

    Your PC's graphics card just unfortunately isnt powerful enough to run FS2020

    What exact model of Radeon graphics do you have. All of your other computer specs meet the requirements for FS2020 but you never mentioned exactly what kind of graphics card you have. Only that its an Radeon.

    When doing a google search of the info you provided all i can find is this

    which says you'd have a AMD Radeon R5 M335. If this is you graphics card then this is more than likely your culprit as this card performs far below that of the AMD Radeon RX570 (this is the minimum gpu requirement). So without more information all i can suffice is that your graphics card isnt powerful enough to run FS2020.

    In terms of raw graphical power the rx570 is nearly 10 times more powerful than the R5 M335 to give you an idea.
