    MS flight sim 2020 stuck in loop


    Hi, this is my first time posting, anyway, onto the problem.

    I started up Flight Sim, started the install and left for breakfast. When I came back, the installer wasn't running. I could only guess it crashed? I started flight sim up again and it booted and said "Press Any Button To Start". I press a key and the normal "Hello Username" and green "Let's Go" button at the bottom are there. I press "Let's go" and it switches back to MS Flight sim. Flight sim still says "Press Any Button To Start". I press space bar again and up comes Xbox login screen again. And it lust loops. I tried reinstalling launcher but no install screen. It just cuts to "Press Any Button To Start". I press space again, and Xbox login screen comes up. I have no idea what to do. Thank you in advance for any help. I purchased on MS store, PC.

    I have the same problem. Did everything what was said here and.....nothing. Any suggestion how to sort it out?

    First, welcome to the Xbox community. I'm sorry you're having this problem.

    Before anything else, make sure your windows are fully updated by windows update, also check that there is no update from the Microsoft store regarding the Gaming Services application.

    If everything is properly updated, proceed with the solution below.

    Go to your windows settings>applications>applications and features>search for the name of Microsoft Flight Simulator 2020>When you find it click with the left mouse button on it and then select advanced options, after that click restart and then repair, and try again to start the game.

    Would you please check if the Xbox (Beta) and Gaming Services apps need to be updated. You can open the Microsoft Store app and select "Downloads and updates" from the menu on the top right to check for that.

    Make sure to keep us updated!
