MS credit not showing on Xbox

Discus and support MS credit not showing on Xbox in XBoX Games and Apps to solve the problem; I have added £10.00 credit to the Microsoft family account, the MS payment and billing section is displaying the correct credit, however it is not...     MS credit not showing on Xbox


    I have added £10.00 credit to the Microsoft family account, the MS payment and billing section is displaying the correct credit, however it is not showing on the Xbox and I now have a very orate child that can't buy V-bucks!!!!

    I highly recommend following the troubleshooting steps here:

    After each step try to see if the issue is fixed!

    First, please select System > Settings > account > remove accounts and then select your account and select Remove to confirm.

    Then, hold down the power button for about 10 seconds, until the console shuts off, then unplug the power cord and wait for 2-3 minutes before plugging it back in and turn on the Xbox.

    If the issue persists, please select System > Settings > devices and streaming > blue ray > persistent storage > clear three times > restart console.

    If you are still encountering the same issue, please select System > Settings > System > Console info > Select Reset console > Choose Reset and keep my games and apps

    Destiny Expansion Pass Not Appearing as a Purchased Item

    I have the same problem but my MS account shows a balance of $40.01, but when I try to purchase the expansion on xbox live through xboxlive.com, it doesn't not show the MS account as an option to buy the expansion, just my credit card. Am I missing something?

    Thank you Smwutches, I've noticed only PayPal / credit card listed on EA Access web site ... it would be nice if Xbox credit was accepted, being switched from MS Points to Currency previously shows that their a valid price point they could administer for
    purchasing EAAccess with EA still getting a % even if it was £22:99 a year or similar so Xbox credit could be used.
