    So I purchased my ms complete warranty alongside my series x preorder at launch day

    I forgot to register the included controller before making the ms complete purchase

    I hope that doesnt affect it

    Anyways I confusrd a poor xbox support agent wjth my question after being on hold for 40mins I got hung up on (no check ins ) but hung up on while on hold and waiting for another call back

    So I accidently threw my series x controller into my bowl of soup while fishing in world fishing sim I was ttying to rrplicate casting which thr game apparently allows cause my nephew did it

    It has stick drift now go figure

    I filed a warranty claim for stick drift but with ms complete I have accident protection too

    Do I cancel and refile?

    This is weird so after being hung up on and waiting all day for phone calls I get another call at 7 saying we csnt answer your call atm please try tommorrow

    Are you trying to do a warranty repair or purchase ms complete? For a console.

    MS complete must be purchased thru ms store

    But if you are trying to do a warranty claim devices.micrisoft.com would be best

    If you are on warranty, you should entry a claim for the reparison/replacement.

    But anyway, try contacting MS support for help.

    If you have an Xbox under warranty and send it to claim, you pay nothing. Nor do you pay for the delivery of the package. You only have to request a claim on the MS website. And then order a delivery service.

    Then repair it under regular warranty

    I went thru the same proccess

    Only 1 replacement for user damage liquid

    If you claimed regular warranty then it would transfer but not complete

    I’ve already waited 2 days. This is very poor from MS as they appear to have switched off their support. I’m now left with a broken controller that’s in warranty but I’m unable to claim on the warranty.

    Terrible customer service.
