Do you have antivirus, vpn or firewall?

If so, disable them and see if the error persists.

Select Start > Settings > Apps > Apps & Features. Apps and Features in Settings.

Select the application you want to fix.

Select the Advanced Options link under the application name (some applications do not have this option). On the page that opens, select Repair if available.

Once the Reset is done, you will see a check sign next to the Reset button. And restart the PC

Type CMD in the search bar;

Right-click on the Command Prompt option;

Click on Run as Administrator option;

Then run the commands below, press Enter at the end of each line ok? :

ipconfig /release <Enter>

ipconfig /renew <Enter>

ipconfig /flushdns <Enter>

ipconfig /registerdns <Enter>

nbtstat -rr <Enter>

netsh int ip reset all <Enter>

netsh winsock reset <Enter>

1.On the desktop, simultaneously press Windows + R keys to open Run;

2. In run, type cleanmgr and click OK to open Disk Cleanup;

3. In the Disk Cleanup window, select the C: drive (if prompted) and click OK;

4. In the Disk Cleanup for Windows 10 window, select the checkboxes of the presented files and click Clean System Files.

5. After cleaning, check the unchecked checkboxes again and click OK>Delete Files.

I had the same problem and was convinced it was due to an MS upgrade in windows store. I've just this minute gone into Windows store and found an upgrade to MS Solitaire & Casual games. Upgraded and MS Solitaire & Casual Games now working !!!!!

It has been a common problem lately with MS casual games. Try to reinstall the game, it solved the issue for most.

Which games are you talking about

If MS casual games all the servers are shutdown

Anything else is dependent on the Windows store and game services

the thing about analyst saying the casual market is bigger, is that it is, but it doesn't mean that the hard core market doesn't exist.

Sony is appealing to the hard core market, MS is appealing to casuals, next gen the next xbox might sell 100million units, and sony only sell 50 million, but the gamers will be with sony.

its kinda like this gen, the wii appealed to casuals and sold more then 360 and ps3, but no gamers are on it, the gamers are on 360 and ps3. MS and nintendo will be fighting for the casual players and then Sony will just eat up the gaming market.
