My brother is from Canada and he enter me a $25 xbox gift code and I'm from the uk is there anyway I can use it on my account ?

No way at all. Once you're in, you're in and there's no going back. You need to post about beta questions in the private beta forums though. I'm not a part of it so I don't know the link for it, but if you click here it'll be listed somewhere;

MS Points conversion

Just found out that all my MS points that have been converted to currency as part of the Beta are now considered "Promotional" funds and will expire in 12 months,. Any way to get around this?

No. Gift cards will only work for the region they are created for. You would only be able to use it on a Canadian account.

nope you have to use local currency cards or change the locale to Canada but you will have issues with Xbox 360 purchases and your do need payment info from canada

It sounds likely that you are being billed for someone else's subscription, either in error or fraudulently. Contact your card provider and initiate a chargeback for each of the charges, the evidence from your conversation with MS support will be useful
in stating your case.

They dont and cant issue a new code

For one gifting Is region LOCKED period

Only option is to refund it and you buy it from an etailer from YOUR region

Currency cards and gifting has always been region locked

Ms nor sony are banks they dont conversions and are not licensed as such

Ms doesnt handle xbox issues nor does xbox support have any emails

You have to contacr xbox support not ms store
