    MS Bingo support is it a joke? because we never get info from ms and they don't read our posts


    i read many posts i didn't see 1 answer from microsoft but when all ok there are lot of people who pretend they work for microsoft but when troubles they all disapeared or say not allowed to say what happening hahahaha they just looking for attention and
    try get respect because in their own life they don't have so friends players stop waste your time to complain here because no one from microsoft will reply i guess they did some updates or they tried fix some issues making more mess than solve so be patient
    try to log on bingo time to time sooner or later all will be back ok have a good day Bruno

    Wow thats new I guess you never get forum posts from users saying they forgot their password and their old email doesnt work and they used fake info so cant authenticate therefore are frustrated I siggest you read forums to see how proofs and backup reset
    options and security is important

    we get alot of forum posts about that because they dont set their backup info or keep maintaining their private info

    if you read the msg it tells you what it wants

    an email not used as an password reset email and a ms or phone number

    happy new year all but it starts bad because almost always same issu we can't log in bingo and they told us if trouble persist go to
    Uh oh... that shouldn't have happened. but we never seen an admin even in support replied i scrolled down more than 2 years the forum never somoene from microsoft replied it's not acceptable we all are MS customers because we all have
    computer with serial or MS xbox console we paid and never a reply always ignored like in chat plenty bad people keep insulting others we reported them but no effect these people are still insulting it need some moderators in every language for keep an eye
    on chat all the time but i'm talking in the wind cause nobody from MS will read me and reply me

    Account Hijacked and reported weeks ago...no response from xbox live

    don't post service request numbers as that is private info between you and MS

    and only you and ms or forum support agents should ever know it

    also never share the same password or email among other websites as that is the most common mistake



    btw as support has said wait your 25 days then ask for a status report

    Don't worry - no one from MS or FRIMA will offer any suggestions because they are all dead at the switch and could care less about the poor revenue generator called MS Bingo.

    Cortana is bad

    They are making the One to much like a laptop/PC. It's just becoming a joke. Make consoles for the primary aim of gaming, not stupid *** like Cortana!

    As for posting in the preview program forums, it's pointless. We get no answers to our problems. Some of us can't even play games because of the latest update and yes, you guessed it, no word from MS at all so we can't game.

    Day one controller coming apart?

    I sent my day one controller for replacement.1 month on and my controller has been lost in the post and MS support keep telling me it's between me and the courier service, even though I paid to send the controller to them and it got to MS, when they sent
    it back it never got to me and now I've spent 2 days getting F'ed around by the dodgy courier that MS sent my controller with and MS keep telling me it's my problem, what a joke.I would take the controller back to the place of purchase because if something
    goes wrong in the post don't expect any help from MS support.
