    Today I had a charge on my bank account for Ms bill.info wa for 16.19. The only thing I purchase through Microsoft is Xbox live which is paid yearly in Feb. What is this charge for? I have checked both my accounts and neither one have this on there. I'm pretty mad and would like my money put back and stop touching it!

    I got absolutely nowhere apparently. Went 2 months without a charge after calling now it's being charged again but this time 21.59! This is getting ridiculous!

    With issues like these, you will need to contact our billing department to check the charges on your account. You can request a call back or live chat on the Xbox support website. If you are facing any issues with that, please go through Microsoft support. Once you get to the virtual agent just say “Talk to an agent” and select Xbox as the product, and your issue from the list. Select the option “Call me back” or “Live chat”, which shows the estimated wait time/queue. If you don't see the options to request a call back or chat with support, change your category/topic until you do. If it does not work, please select billing & Subscriptions and "I don't recognize a charge".
