MS account $$$ not showing

Attempted to download Wolfenstein today and the only option it showed was 'add credit card'.

I currently have $35 in my MS account(verified on commerce.microsoft site) and have been using the same c.c. for live purchases for years.

Readded c.c. info and now that is an option. Still no option to use the $$ I have in my MS account before using my c.c. for the difference.

Tried from both Xbox One systems and from store.xbox.com

Coin purchase not showing up - MS Bingo

I purchased coins with my Microsoft account for Bingo and the coins are not showing up. I see the purchase on ms account page not in Bingo? Can anyone tell me where I can go for help with this?

 

Xbox One - AnyOne Know How To Do Thread

Does anyone know where the Xbox One shows how many MS Points or how much credit you have on your account for purchasing digital games etc? Sure I have 2100 points on my account but can't see the credit listed anywhere?

 

The My Account page on Xbox.com also shows the 35

forums.xbox.com/.../1793186.aspx and contact support via "splintered billing account" They will not be able to help you but they should escalate you to the right team. So far no one has been fixed we are all waiting. This happened earlier this week and
quite a few people are affected.
