MS 2020 flight simulator

Discus and support MS 2020 flight simulator in XBoX Games and Apps to solve the problem; I cannot speak to anybody at Xbox as the site seems to be not operating at all well.     I cannot speak to anybody at Xbox as the site seems to be not operating at all well. Does anybody know how to speak to a person at Xbox

    My problem is that I am getting the same mandatory update on my MS2020 FS every time I open it.
