    This is ridiculous that they can't figure this out, it has been an ongoing issue, every week or two this happens. 1st I hope they find the issue 2nd they need new tech people if the ones they have can't figure it out and 3rd they should give everyone
    of us 1000 keys and coins and *power buttons, or whatever they are called and 4th you need to be more respectful of your customers and let us know what it going on. This is totally unacceptable to keep us hanging and not respond.

    Hacking modem warfare 3 going invisible also he read out my ip30 address and said he was putting me offline with that my xbox shut down he should be banned if he can do that likely I have a spare 360 had to transfer my account to a new hard drive my other
    xbox will not go on line now. He is system tampering and I expect nothing will be done. Seems like innocent players get banned for swearing at them and the hackers can do what they like so much for a great enforce ment team NOT he should be banned immidiatly

    Calling out gamertags is not allowed on the forums.

    The only way to report someone is via your console.

    That is the only way the enforcement team will investigate them.

    If they are kicking you offline (ddos attack) then contact your isp as that's down to them to address.

    Are you currently running beta? If so, then your 14k MSP may be converted to currency. The beta is not using MSP. So you will still have the currency as long as you are on the console/gamertag that signed up for the beta. It will not show up as MSP though.
