Mr Exploitt Suspension

Note: This is for my other account (Mr Exploitt). It wouldnt let me visit forums because it redirected me to xbox enforcement.

About 1/2 year ago, xbox quit charging me for xbox live for whatever reason but i didnt notice. Then about 4 months ago they straight up charged my account $80. There was no description on the payment so i got scared and chargebacked the amount. Then about
a week later my account was permanently banned for user account tamper which I didnt do. You guys quit charging my account so this is on your end. I also opened up a case review and the outcome was "Decision Upheld". I am extremely angry at microsoft and xbox
and I need a solutoon here such as an unban. Or, I may consider suing.

I talked to someone on live chat and the case number is [Mod Removed]

Please do not post case/reference numbers on the forums,they are for phone/chat support only.

The enforcement team do not use the forums.If you have filed for a case review & the decision was upheld then that's it,there is nothing else you can do.The account will remain banned permanently.

They would not just take money from your account.

If they can't take your live subscription money when you have auto renew on then you revert to a silver account & you may get suspended due to non payment.

The only way to resolve that is by contacting support & paying what you owe.They will never take money from your account to settle the debt.

Account tampering does not cover non payment of a live subscription.

The Live Chat Rep Told me to Come Post Here and I'll Get A reply from the Enforcement team. This is **** me off. I have too many games and have spent too much money on this account to let it go to waste. Something has to happen, or Ill do something myself.

 

Unfortunately support have a habit of telling people to post on the forums to contact the enforcement team which is wrong.

The enforcement site I linked is the only place to find out about any enforcement action on your account & contact them by filing for a case review.
