I need some help on how regions switching works, I followed the protocol a few months ago on how I should opt out wait 48hrs and re enroll when you move to a new country. I got help earlier on the matter but Xboxliverewards8 but did not say which account
is which region ( couldn't ask more question forums locked)and if I will lose my reward credits when I switch. I was careful when I changed my region and made sure everything was good but now I got over 18,000 pending credits which I can't even use. If somebody
    can help, please do.

    :)

Grabbing items is by no means guaranteed to keep them where you place them, but it is fairly reliable. I've had an error with two objects, one a round Sigil Stone, and that was once across thousands of times entering my house.

    Hello Snoopyer7,

We do not see the creation of a new Rewards Account, which means you have not yet opted out of the program.

Since you currently have a Canadian Rewards Account, we cannot complete a deposit into your US Microsoft Account. To resolve this, your account regions must match. To do this, you have two options. You can:

    1. Change your Microsoft Account region to match your Rewards Account region through the commerce page at (Sign in to your Microsoft account). In this case, that would require you to change your US Microsoft Account
to Canada so that it matches your Canadian Rewards Account.

    2. Change your Rewards Account region to match your Microsoft Account region. Since the region of your Rewards Account is based off the region of your Microsoft Account upon creation, pursuing this option will require you to create an entirely new account
by opting out of the program (https://rewards.xbox.com/optout/). While this will cause you to lose your progress on the account, we will be able
to recover any pending Credits you had at the time of account closure. This option also has the benefit of Rewarding purchases made with USD, as your Rewards Account will be created as a US Rewards Account, and will only Reward that regional currency. You
can verify the creation of a new account when you can see that you have a clean Credit amount of zero, and that your join by date is listed as a current date, and not your previous join by date or "???". A date of "???" means that your account is still in
    the process of being registered.

If you have any other questions, or when you successfully create a new account, please let us know with a new post! We lock threads since older threads are not as easily visible as new posts. To confirm, you are currently a Canadian Rewards Member with a
Microsoft Rewards Account. While you will temporarily lose Credits by creating a new account, we will be able to recover any un-deposited Credits and transfer them to your new account. You will lose any previous VIP progress, but you will begin being tracked
for purchases made in USD. Since your Rewards Account is Canadian, we are only tracking purchases made with CAD.
