Moving Xbox profile from one Microsoft account to another

Hi, I'm sure this has been brought up before but am unable to find any recent answers. (Also the xbox.com support page is not working on 90% of its pages).

Am I able to transfer my Xbox profile from one Microsoft account to another? Including all my purchases and achievements. The original account that the xbox profile is linked to is a family one and I have since grown up and made my own microsoft account
linked with my gmail email.

I've seen threads about transfering my new email address to the old account and removing the old one, but this is not an ideal solution as my parents may still need the old account. However, if I did go for this route (and made them their own new account)
I have some questions;

(1) - Will I definitely be able to re-use the new email address for the old account once I remove it from the new account.

(2) - I use microsoft ToDo's a lot on the new account. Am I able to transfer these back some way without doing it manually?

Thanks @DraftBadger. I can view the linked page on my phone, it must be an issue with the VPN on my laptop or something.

That answers my question about switching the new email back to the old account, i.e. it should be fine as its an @gmail.com address. However the main question was can I transfer the xbox profile from family account to my new one? This would be by fair the
easiest option for me if it is possible given they (parents) still need an account and I have other data on the new account I want to keep (ToDos and Onedrive etc).

Since it is already a Microsoft account there is no way to add that email to the other account.

There is no way to move an Xbox profile from one Microsoft account to another.

There is no way to move an already existing Microsoft server/account email (outlook, Hotmail, live, MSN.com) to another Microsoft account.

If you are not wanting to use the email that is currently attached to your Xbox profile you are unfortunately going to have to create a new email address.

Im trying to move one gamertag to another microsoft account on the same xbox, but you cant move the gamertag to the other account if the other account already has a profile, so i want to know if you can delete profiles on accounts or not,
