    Moving without using a controller


    Hi, I'm using an xbox for few month. Just recently I noticed that when gaming I'm moving forward without using a controller. I can stop the character from moving by moving a left stick to either side. It is also a problem of the controller as there's no
    such problem when using the other controller (I have two of them)

    Is there a solution for the problem or I have to send my controller for repair, if possible.

    Controller's right stick "moving" up by itself

    Hi, my controller's right stick is moving up by itself for some reason. For example the camera keeps moving up in Battlefield 4. it also happens in other games like GTA 5 and Rainbow Six Siege. Even when using Microsoft Edge it scrolls up on pages. It is
    really annoying. Is there a way to fix this without buying a new controller? Thanks.

    Left thumb stick for X1 Controller drifting

    Hi there, I have an issue regarding the xbox one controller while playing Fifa. It seems like other people have had this same issue with the controller drifting and the player moving randomly by itself without me even touching the left thumbstick. I have
    tried using a second controller and unfortunately this same issue persists. It's only been two weeks since I have had my xbox one controller.

    Any suggestions to what I can do?

    I believe the lubricant screwed the controller. I dont use any I just let it be. Sometimes my character in games move without me touching the controller but yeah I would of just kept it before or buy a new 1.

    I’m not doubting you but i’m pretty sure controller drift is when it moves without touching it. The problem with mine is that when i move it up it takes a while to move my character or the cursor fully.

    How will plugging the controller into the laptop help? Or using the keyboard? That's not I'm asking. I just want to be able to pause/rewind streaming services I'm using on the xbox without wasting the controller battery, I've been doing it for years with no issue, but now they're moving over to the new app, it's no longer possible
